This project was a practice with a game I obsessed over for some time for its adorable character designs and unique style. I wanted to see how well I could mimic the style in 3D using an official turn-around that the developers released. I learned quite a bit about how to translate it into 3D and I'm very happy with how it came out in many areas.
I do personally have some gripes with it, the topology especially is messy in some areas and is in need of dire cleanup. The clump of wool on the front of the face feels a bit off from the sides, and the bell particularly I had completely missed finishing the design on the back part.
I also used it as an opportunity to manually create outlines by inverting the mesh and expanding it, I made some special extra touchups to make the cape look especially nice with it.
